In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Il Casato shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Il Casato shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Il Casato shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

FOB and Risk of Loss
Il Casato liability for delivery shall terminate upon delivery to the carrier, at which time the buyer assumes all responsibility for damage to or loss of products.
Shipping and Cancellation Policy
We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by the credit card issuing bank. We are not responsible for any goods damaged during the time of transit. Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Il Casato will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment. The applicable state tax will be added to the purchase. All hard copy of Purchase Orders must be received and verified before shipping. Provided all purchase items on the order are in-stock, orders placed before 12:00pm PST will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST or on weekends and holidays will usually be shipped the next business day. If our stock becomes depleted during the course of processing order, the shipping will delay.
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made within 2 hours after the order is placed. Cancellations attempted after this time may result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back. Cancellations may be communicated by telephone, email or Fax on weekdays, by email or Fax on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Return, Repair, Exchange and Credit Policy
Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 10 days of the receipt or invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a $10.00 or 15% which is higher restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. We offer 10 days conditional store credit on selected items at prevailing selling price at the time of processing or the purchase price whichever is lower. For items returned to us after 10 days of receipt, store credit is not offered and may only available for exchange and repair. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by Il Casato or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours. RMA number will expire after 10 days from the issue date. All warrantees are voided if returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way. Any wrong, missing, or damaged item should be reported to RMA department within 24 hours via E-mail or fax. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandize for exchange or store credit. Any item(s) returned for store credit or exchange that is determined to be physically damaged will be returned to the customer promptly freight collect. We reserve the right to keep any defective merchandise between 1 to 15 days for repair or exchange.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Il Casato or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
Applicable Law
All sales, transactions, and/or disputes between Il Casato and buyer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Italy (Tribunale di Siena.).
Export Regulation
The commodities listed herein may be subject to Italy export control laws and regulations, including without limitation the Export Administration Regulations, Any export, re-export, or transfer of these commodities must be conducted in compliance with such applicable laws and regulations.
